To Register for the Conference, please go into Registration section in the Conference Webpage of the 2010 IAME website or please follow the link: http://www.iame2010.org/conference.html#4

For you to Organize your travel, please read the guidelines below:

1.There are three hotels available one in Estoril and two in Carcavelos. See http://www.iame2010.org/new/accomodation.html

2.Hotel Palácio Estoril will accommodate the 2010 IAME Annual Conference Opening Ceremony (7 July) and the Conference Dinner (8 July 2010). You need to book directly your hotel room and when filling the online registration form, just notify us where you are staying.

3.Transfers will be available between Hotel Riviera and Hotel Palácio Estoril. Once the official programme is available, you will have the transfers schedule.

4.A Cocktail reception is being offered by Cascais Municipality of the 6th of July at 19:00 (7 pm). Please notify us in the on-line registration if you are attending this reception. Transfers will be available for all of you. Those who are staying in Estoril can walk (20 minutes) on the seaside boardwalk up to Cascais.

5.We are preparing a visit to Port of Sines on the 10th of July (Saturday), but there no definitive answer about it. Sines is located south, a two-hour drive from Lisbon.

6.We advise you to book your hotel rooms, particularly the Estoril one as special rates apply up to the 3rd of May.

7.Please read the notes concerning payment methods. One of the reasons why we delayed registration is because we wanted to test PayPal System, and that is working fine. With the PayPal System you can use more than one type of Card: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Other options are available: BANK TRANSFER and WESTERN UNION.

8.If you are a non-member and want to attend the Conference, I suggest you to become an IAME member first, since that will be cheaper.
